Young Enterprise UK is a national charity that helps young people develop essential business and entrepreneurship skills through hands-on learning experiences. One of its most well-known programs, the Company Programme, allows students aged 15-19 to set up and run their own businesses, gaining real-world experience in teamwork, finance, marketing, and product development.
By participating, students learn how to turn an idea into a business, manage finances, and engage with customers, all while being mentored by industry professionals. The program culminates in competitions where teams showcase their businesses, with the chance to progress to regional, national, and even international stages.
Young Enterprise UK aims to equip young people with the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed for future careers, whether in entrepreneurship or other fields.
